Susie is an impact driven leader, consultant, speaker, LGBTQ+ subject matter expert, and artist, who artfully mixes her professional experiences with down-to-earth humor, kindness, and personal coming out story to bridge the knowledge deficit and help others on their DEI journeys. She proudly serves as a Senior Consultant with TDM and supports clients on their DEI journeys. Susie believes that everyone has a responsibility in creating an inclusive and equitable workplace and it’s her personal mission to inspire organizations to create and embrace their own unique culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Jake is a licensed psychotherapist, Point
Foundation alumni, noted advocate, and consultant.
Openly transgender since he was thirteen, Jake uses
his personal experience and professional background
as a mental health clinician to educate and facilitate
deep and meaningful learning experiences for
individuals on topics facing his community. Through appearances on Oprah, Buzzfeed, Dr. Phil and global news sources he has brought a unique and dynamic voice to an often ignored cause.

Christine is the Founder and the Head of Learning & Training at Conscious Thrive, a consulting firm with a mission to bring the human back to the center of corporate business. Christine has designed and facilitated workshops globally, and her coaching practice is rooted in helping underrepresented leaders and executives reach their next level of success through healing and authenticity, so they can create impact on their own terms. She is also a queer nonbinary immigrant of Filipino heritage and believes that in order to create a thriving, loving, and inclusive world, we must start the work from within.
