Join us to explore current trends impacting associations and strategies like DEI and inclusive leadership that can be leveraged to boost member engagement and the sustainability of your association.
Association leaders remain focused on membership engagement and organization sustainability. Yet, faced with geopolitical turbulence, economic uncertainty, rapidly shifting technology, and evolving workplace demographics, leaders must evolve to achieve their dual mission. Critical to association success are strategies like inclusive leadership, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), staff and member communications, and relationship-building. By leveraging these winning strategies, association leaders will be able to navigate uncertainty and be uniquely positioned to influence key industries from the board, member, and staff leadership levels.
